By sending a photo or image to Theimagebox.co.uk you are acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image or that you have been given permision to have this image re-produced. Theimagebox.co.uk will not be held liable for images that are received and re-printed without prior concent from the copyright owner.
Cancellations
Once payment has been cleared the production process to create the product has started and from that point orders cannot be cancelled. If you are aware with a problem that you have submitted to us then please notify us immediately. Email sales@theimagebox.co.uk
Returns Policy
If for any reason your product arrives damaged or there is an obvious physical problem we will offer a full refund or replacement (less postage and packaging fees) upon return of the item to us. Theimagebox.co.uk must be notified within 7 working days of any products that arrive damaged. Theimagebox.co.uk are not responsable for any oversight on your part regarding poor quality pixelated or blurry images. If for any reason that you are unsure about the quality of your image then please take advantage of our free of charge image quality checking service. Images can be sent to us to access the quality by clicking here.. Send your images to us before you order and we will notify you of the quality of your image. Delivery charges are non refundable.
