How to get your full refund.

If for any reason your product arrives damaged or there is an obvious physical problem we will offer a full refund or replacement (Less postage and packaging fees) upon return of the item to us.Theimagebox.co.uk must be notified within 7 working days of any products that arrive damaged.

Theimagebox.co.uk are not responsible for any oversight on your part regarding poor quality, Pixelated or blurry images.

If for any reason that you are unsure about the quality of your image then please take advantage of our free-of-charge image quality checking service. Send your images to us before you order and we will notify you of the quality of your image. Delivery charges are non-refundable
