What file formats do you accept to order my prints?

When ordering online you can upload jpg & png files. The website accepts files upto 20MB. If you have a different file format or a larger file please get intocuh so that we can arrange a different method for you to get the images to us.

Can i send original photos to you?

Yes photos can be sent in the post to us, our address details can be found on the contact page. We can scan your images at high resolution, we recommend sending photos in the post via special delivery as this is the most secure method.

Will i get my original photos back?

Yes we will send back your original photos with your completed order.

What file size should my images be?

We recommend that your images should be at least 800KB, if you are unsure about the quality please email it to us and our team of designers will check the quality for you. Alternativly hit one of the quality check buttons on our websitePlease note: we do not recommend sending mobile phone pictures.

How do I order?

Ordering could not be simpler. The website works just like any normal shopping cart. Click on the order now button from any of the pages, follow the simple steps and add items to your shopping cart, when you are happy with items in your cart proceed to checkout and pay, you will then be able to upload your images to us.

What is the quality of your photographic materials?

We print onto 260gsm satin and glossy paper, 180gsm coated paper for party posters and our canvas is real cotton canvas at 380gsm.

Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes we can offer a trade discount for large orders, please contact our sales team , sales@theimagebox.co.uk

Is there a telephone number i can call if i have a query?

What file formats do you accept to order my prints?

We accept jpg & Png files through the website. We accept other files on disc or via email.

Which debit or credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal, all payments are processed securely through the paypal payment system.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £6.95 regardless of the number of products ordered, The more you order the bigger the saving.

How will my items be shipped?

Canvas prints/ Acrylic Frames/Photo Frames are shipped with a courier service, posters/photographic prints are shipped via royalmail recorded delivery. Special Delivery is available on request please email or phone.

Will i have to sign for the delivery?

A proof of signature will be required on all deliveries. Somebody else at the delivery address can sign for your items, if nobody is in you can collect your delivery from the nearest depot .

What can be done about date stamps and red eye?

Our team of designers will remove date stamps and colour correct red eye free of charge unless asked not to.

How will my items be shipped?

Canvas prints/ Acrylic Frames/Photo Frames are shipped with a courier service, posters/photographic prints are shipped via royalmail.

What is the difference between the type of wrap options on a canvas?

Canvas prints can be printed edge to edge so the image is on the front face of the canvas, the sides will then be white or we can print it so the image goes around the sides. Wraparound is not always suitable, if it is not our designers may mirror the sides of the image or clone any unnecessary objects. If you are unsure click on the 'designer choose option'.

Copyright?

By sending us your image you are acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image or that you have been given permision to have this image re-produced. The-imagebox.co.uk will not be held liable for images that are received and re-printed without prior concent from the copyright owner.

Can I call in to show you my images?

The Imagbox.co.uk acts solely as a web based company and does not currently offer a call in and collect service at this time. Representatives are currently acting throughout the West Midlands area and may be available to you upon request. What about my personal details and my images?

Your personel details will never be passed on to any third parties or images passed on. Your images will be kept on file incase you wish to re-order although they can be removed upon request.
